यानि उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी से करीब 22 साल छोटे हैं. गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री के तौर परर नरेन्द्र मोदी ने 12 साल तक काम किया जो अपने आप में एक रिकॉर्ड है. और ठीक इसी तरह उत्तर प्रदेश में सालों बाद ऐसा संयोग आया कि कोई सरकार रिपीट हुई… जो योगी आदित्यनाथ का रिकॉर्ड था.
25 मार्च 2022.. योगी ने शपथ ली तो उनके दिमाग में मोदी की तरह कुछ बड़ा चल रहा था… जैसे मोदी पहली बार सत्ता में आए तो आदम जमाने से चल रहे दकियानूली कानूनों को हटाया और उनके बदले कई सरल कानून बनाए… ठीक उत्तर प्रदेश में भी योगी आदित्यनाथ ऐसा ही करना चाहते थे… और शपथ ग्रहण के वक्त योगी आदित्यनाथ के दिमाग में ये चल रहा था..

दरअसल उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने संपत्ति रजिस्ट्री के नियम में बड़ा बदलाव करते हुए अब घर की रजिस्ट्री महज 6000 रुपये में कराने की घोषणा की है. शुरुआती दौर में इस योजना को छह महीने के लिए लागू किया जा रहा है. अगर परिणाम अच्छे रहे तो इसे आगे भी बढ़ाया जा सकता है. इस योजना के तहत अपनों के नाम संपत्ति करने के लिए गिफ्ट डीड में 5000 रुपये के स्टाम्प पर रजिस्ट्री की सुविधा मिलेगी. इसके साथ ही 1000 रुपये की प्रोसेसिंग फीस भी लगेगी.
फिलहाल इस तरह की सुविधा का फायदा मध्य प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र और कर्नाटक कुछ ही राज्यों में लागू है. इन राज्यों में पारिवारिक सदस्यों के बीच अचल संपत्तियों को गिफ्ट डीड पर स्टाम्प शुल्क में छूट मिलती है.तो आपको कैसा लगा योगी आदित्यनाथ का फैसला. क्या इस फैसले से 2024 के लिए खुश हो जाएंगे यूपी के लोग अपना जवाब कमेंट बॉक्स में बताएँ
